Office Renovation

We are excited to announce that WisePlus IP Firm underwent a major office renovation in November 2023.

The renovation working group, composed of selected staff members, meticulously designed the space to align with the staffs' working styles, introduce previously unavailable functionality, and create a welcoming environment for visitors.

- Complete renewal of interiors, desks, chairs, reception room equipment, etc.

- Hot-desking options with some height-adjustable desks

- Semi-private personal desks and open personal desks, tailored to the nature of individual jobs

- Common spaces strategically grouped in the central location to encourage active interaction between departments.

While the ideal environment varied based on the duties of each staff member, we ultimately achieved a well-balanced space that caters to the preferences of each department.

Seizing this opportunity, we decided to create a story to add a personal touch, making it easier to speak passionately and leaving a lasting impression on visitors.  This is expressed by the naming of the four renewed or newly created reception rooms.

Each room's name is linked to its intended nature, and when their initial letters are connected, they form our firm's name "WISE".  This play on words is displayed as a sign plate in front of each reception room, aiming to foster a sense of familiarity and attachment.
